So despite potentially being hired by Alan Sugar, it now turns out that The Apprentice contestant Katie Hopkins has actually been fired from her real job. Although working at The Met Office since September 2006, she has been let go as she “failed to pass her probationary period”. So nothing to do with her behaviour on a popular TV show, or her selling her love life to the tabloids then? I expect they’re all at it at The Met Office.
